Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Infollion MCP application (the "Service") via ChatGPT, OpenAI-compatible clients, or other AI platforms supporting the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Where the Service is used on behalf of a company or legal entity, it is represented that authority to bind such entity to these Terms is held.

Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which sets out how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

Use of the Service constitutes agreement to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Where these Terms are not agreed to, the Service may not be accessed or used.

2. Description of Services

The Service enables artificial intelligence clients to query a database of Subject Matter Experts, view matching candidate profiles, and submit direct connection requests. Search and connection request functionality is provided; consulting services or expert advice are not offered through the Service.

3. Out-of-App Transactions & Purchases

The Service operates under a strict external commerce structure:

  • No In-App Purchases: No digital content, digital goods, in-app subscriptions, or processing services are offered or sold directly within ChatGPT or the AI chat environment.
  • External Transactions: All expert consultations, matching bookings, scheduling, corporate subscription fees, and commercial transactions occur entirely outside the Service.
  • Direct Billing & Fulfillment: Connection requests submitted through the Service result in communication being directed to Infollion's operations team outside the AI environment. Any subsequent commercial relationship, scheduling, and invoicing are managed directly under separate corporate agreements.

4. User Content & Submitted Information

By submitting information through the Service, it is represented that the necessary rights to do so are held. Submitted information is used solely for processing connection requests and providing the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Eligibility & Security

The Service is designed solely for business professionals. Users must be at least 18 years of age.

Access to the Service is restricted to users with active entitlements managed and approved by Infollion at its sole discretion. Where authorized, access is granted via a One-Time Password (OTP) delivered to the registered email address, or via supported external identity providers (OIDC). The following responsibilities apply:

  • Security of the registered email or identity account must be maintained, and OTP codes or account credentials must not be shared with third parties.
  • Unauthorized access and concurrent-use violations of the account must be prevented.
  • Infollion must be notified immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized uses.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Use of the Service is subject to the following rules:

  • No Scraping: Scraping, copying, systematic downloading, or archiving of expert profiles or work histories to construct competing databases is prohibited.
  • Accurate Information: Verified, accurate identification and contact details (name, email, and phone number) must be provided when submitting connection requests. Falsified or abusive contact data is strictly prohibited.
  • System Integrity: Attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, or request routing parameters set within the application are prohibited.
  • Credential Integrity: One-Time Passwords or authentication credentials used to access the Service are for sole use. Sharing, forwarding, or allowing third parties to use access codes or credentials is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

Exclusive ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service — including backend systems, API endpoints, schema architectures, custom tool configurations, and compiled expert directories — is retained by Infollion Research Services Limited. Subject only to these Terms, a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Service is granted.

8. Service Availability

Portions of the Service may be modified, improved, suspended, or discontinued as necessary to maintain security, reliability, or operational performance. Liability is not accepted for service updates that cause connection errors in third-party integrations or configurations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

All warranties are disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Expert search results may not be exhaustive or current, and a scheduled consultation is not guaranteed upon submission of a connection request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service. Liability is also excluded for failures or delays in performance due to force majeure, including server outages, internet failures, government actions, or disasters.

The Service acts solely as a facilitator of connection requests. Responsibility for the conduct, availability, or performance of any expert is not assumed. All expert consultations are governed by separate direct consulting contracts.

11. Termination of Access

Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated immediately and without notice in cases of Terms violation, Service misuse, or session revocation.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates are indicated by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
